The Steelers Pitch A 41-0 Shut Out Against The Browns !
The (10-5) Pittsburgh Steelers looked awsome on Christmas Eve as they demolished the (5-10)Cleveland Browns. They played like they could beat anybody. If they play like that next week and throughout the playoffs, they can be Super Bowl contenders! Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger threw for 226 yards and a touchdown and backup quarterback, Charlie Batch threw 1 pass late in the game for another touchdown. The Steelers running game accounted for 209 yards and 3 touchdowns. Running back, Willie Parker ran for 130 yards, including an amazing 80 yard scamper that put him over the 1000 yard mark for the sesson. But, it was the defense that put the clamps on the Browns. They sacked Browns quaterback, Charlie Frye 8 times and forced him to make some bad throws. They thoroughly manhandled Cleveland's offensive line and played one of the most physical games of the year. The Steelers dominated both sides of the ball and made a statement to the rest of the league that they want more than just a playoff spot! Get the rest of the story. That's Pittsburgh Steelers news.
