Special Teams & "The Bus" Make It Possible For The Steelers To Win 35-21!
The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Detoit Lions today, 35-21. Antwaan Randle El scored on an 81-yard punt return less than two minutes into the game to give the Steelers an early 7 point lead. Jerome Bettis scored from the 1 to tie it at 14 all late in the first quarter following Ricardo Colclough's 63-yard kickoff return. The Bus had three touchdowns in what might be his last home game for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Running back, Willie Parker had most of the rushing yards with 135 to finish the season at 1,202. The Steelers defense allowed Joey Harrington to throw three touchdown passes after allowing only one touchdown and 12 points in their previous three games. It wasn't quite the kind of performance they wanted to take into the playoffs, but they'd take the win. Get the rest of the story. That's Pittsburgh Steelers news.
