The Steelers Are "Road Warriors", But Will They Be "Road Weary" On The Road To The Super Bowl?
The Pittsburgh Steelers were (7-1) on the road last year and (6-2) on the road this year, but they have to win three in a row on the road to go to the Super Bowl. This feat has only been done once in Super Bowl history and never by a 6th seed. The (11-5) Pittsburgh Steelers are on a 4 game winning streak as they start their road journey in Cincinnati. The (11-5) Cincinnati Bengals are AFC North champions, a crown the Steelers have worn many times. The two teams come into todays game with identicle records and are (1-1) in two previous meeting this season. But, under Bill Cowher, the Steelers are (0-3) in playoff games away. This "rubber match" game will propel one of these AFC rivals into the 2nd round of the playoffs. "There are a lot of people who think we can't do it. But there's always got to be history written at some point," Steelers defensive end Aaron Smith said. "I mean, someone has to do it. So why not us?" Get the rest of the story. That's Pittsburgh Steelers news.
