Super Bowl Pressure Won't Slow The Bus down!
Pittsburgh Steelers running back, Jerome Bettis is feeling the pressure of being a Super Bowl media celebrity. Vowing to take care of his personal life first, "the Bus" has put the media on hold. They surround him everday, but he only takes time to tell them he can't right now. "The media requests are increasing," said Bettis, "Anyone who knows me knows I have a reputation of taking care of everyone in the media. But at some point, I'm going to have to say no." Jerome has become an even bigger story than the game itself. Steelers fans and his team mates want to see the Canton bound Bettis win a Super Bowl ring before he parks "the Bus". "It's already getting crazy," he said shaking his head as he loaded all his mail into a huge cardboard crate the size of a footlocker. "But it's OK. I've waited 13 years for this." On Wednesday, he filmed two television commercials, one for Disney, one for an asthma awareness ad. He's determined to get ready to battle Seattle and keep the distractions to a minimum. Get the rest of the story. Hear Jerome's first Super Bowl interview. Play Audio That's Pittsburgh Steelers news.
